  In the American Journal of Pain Management, Thomas Roman, M.D., Ph.D., and John Stiller, M.D. reported a clinical test of TPGold on fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) patients. Indications: TP Gold gives fast, deep-penetrating, effective, temporary relief from still, sore aching muscles and joints associated with arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis , carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, and similar musculoskeletal disorders. Active Ingredients: The active ingredients are methyl salicylate 10%; menthol 3%, camphor 2.5%.   These are combined in a rich, non petroleum base for easy and effective topical applications. Other Selected Ingredients: Special inactive ingredients include Deionized Water, C12-15 Alcohols, Propylene Glycol, Eucalyptus Oil, Stearic Acid, DEA Cetyl Phosphate, PEG 8-Distearate, Carboxy Polymethylene, Methyl Hydroxybenzoate, Ginseng, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Triethanolamine, Disodium EDTA, Urea, Jojoba Oil, Vitamins A&D3, Vitamin E, FD&C Yellow No. 5, 24 Karat Gold, Aloe.

Directions: Apply a liberal amount of lotion to painful area and allow to remain on skin for 30 seconds before rubbing lotion into the affected area.  Apply product 3 or 4 times a day for 7 days or until pain is relieved, then reduce the frequency as needed.

Caution: TP Gold contains 10% Methyl Salicylate and 24 Karat Gold.  Persons who are allergic or hypersensitive to these ingredients should consult a physician before using this product.

NOTE TO PATIENT: Some users of TP Gold Analgesic Lotion experience noticeable relief from pain within a short time (30 minutes or less).  Others require longer.   Rheumatologists who prescribe TP Gold usually direct their patients to apply TP Gold consistently, at least three time per day for the first week, then reducing frequency of application to twice daily, or as needed.  Those experiencing faster pain reliefs should continue use on a regular basis to obtain maximum benefit.

Warnings: Use only as directed.  For external use only.  Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, broken or irritated skin and sensitive areas of the body.  Should contact occur, flush area with water.  Do not use on children under 12 years of age without advice of a physician.  If condition worsens or persists for more than 7 days without relief, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician.  Some individuals may experience sensitivity to some ingredients.  If so discontinue use immediately.
